RM5 Welcome Voucher is valid for 30 days from registration date only.
One redemption per member only.
Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
Voucher can be used at any AM PM Pharmacy outlet.
No minimum purchase is required to redeem the voucher.
Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
Only original e-voucher will be accepted and must be presented upon payment.
AM PM Pharmacy reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
