How do I become a AM PM Membership member?
AM PM Membership application is open to all AM PM Pharmacy customers ages 18 & above. You may register as a member at any AM PM Pharmacy outlets for free.
How long will my AM PM Membership be valid for?
AM PM Membership is a lifetime membership programme. There is no validity on the membership, no annual fee will be charged for the membership.
How do I accumulate points?
Members will be entitled to earn 1 Medicare Point for every RM1 spent. Please provide your mobile number or personal identification at any AM PM outlet to collect Medicare Points.
Will I be able to enjoy all member benefits instantly upon sign-up?
Yes, you can start to collect points and enjoy the member’s privileges immediately.
Can I get a replacement card if I lost my AM PM Membership Card?
Replacement cards will not be issued as the AM PM Membership has transitioned to a digital format. Members may provide their registered mobile number for points collection and present their MyKad or any valid personal identification for points redemption.
How do I check my points earned?
Your accumulated points balance is indicated on the receipt for each transaction made. You can also check your accumulated points balance at the counter.
Birthday Rewards Details & Usage
When will I receive my Birthday Reward?
You may claim your birthday reward on your birthday month. It is valid only within your birthday month. The birthday treat will be forfeited automatically if members did not make use of it within the validity period.
Can I use the birthday reward immediately?
Yes, you can use it immediately after claiming.
Can I redeem my birthday reward on my birthday month but use it later after my birthday month?
No, the reward must be claimed and redeemed within your birthday month.

Are there any privacy protection measures for my personal information?
Member’s information will be kept confidentially without disclose to any other third parties prior to member’s acknowledgement and approval. The database information will be used for AM PM Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd. marketing purposes only.
