Responsibilities

Providing medical counseling to customers based on their medical conditions.

Performing health screenings including customer's blood pressure and blood sugar level.

Providing relevant health advice according to individual needs to encourage success in achieving a healthy lifestyle.

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge assistance.

Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Pharmacy.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Passionate to work in retail community.

Self-motivated with positive attitude.

Able to perform shift duties and willing to reallocate.

Align with organization’s vision and direction.
