Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relationship and deploy action to increase customer conversions and user retentions.

  • Study customer journey to perform data analysis, data profiling and mapping to drive optimization.

  • Assist in helping to create effective communications materials.

  • Measure, track & report weekly, monthly performance of all related campaigns.

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish positive relationships quickly.

  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them appropriately.

  • Good analytical skills and reasoning ability, with proficient problem-solving capabilities.

  • Able to work in Kulai, Johor
