Responsibilities

Develop customer relationship and deploy action to increase customer conversions and user retentions.

Study customer journey to perform data analysis, data profiling and mapping to drive optimization.

Assist in helping to create effective communications materials.

Measure, track & report weekly, monthly performance of all related campaigns.

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish positive relationships quickly.

Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them appropriately.
-
Good analytical skills and reasoning ability, with proficient problem-solving capabilities.

Able to work in Kulai, Johor
