Symptoms of Depression

  • 感到悲伤或情绪低落 Feeling sad or having a depressed mood

  • 对平时喜欢的事物失去兴趣 Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed

  • 食欲改变 - 与饮食无关的体重增加或减少 Changes in appetite - weight loss or gain unrelated to dieting

  • 专注力下降,思考力和注意力减退 Difficulty thinking, concentrating or making decisions

  • 增加毫无目的的肢体动作,例如搓手或走来走去,行动和言语减慢 Increase in purposeless physical activity (e.g., hand-wringing or pacing) or slowed movements and speech

  • 很难入睡或过度睡眠 Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much

  • 失去活力,感到疲累乏力 Loss of energy or increased fatigue

  • 觉得自己没有价值或罪恶感 Feeling worthless or guilty

  • 自杀的倾向或念头 Thoughts of death or suicide


Suicide Warning Signs

  • 提及自杀或死亡,或伤害自己的行为 Talking about wanting to die or to kill oneself

  • 寻找自杀的方法 Looking for a way to kill oneself

  • 陷入无助和绝望 Talking about feeling hopeless

  • 提及自己造成别人的负担 Talking about being a burden to others

  • 向朋友道别、交代身后事、把宠物或珍藏品转送他人、立遗嘱 Withdrawing from friends, saying goodbye, giving away important items, or making a will

  • 滥用酒精或药物 Increasing the use of alcohol or drugs

  • 自我封闭,拒绝和家人亲友交流互动 Withdrawing or feeling isolated

  • 出现很大的情绪波动 Displaying extreme mood swings
