How do I become a AM PM Membership member?
AM PM Membership application is open to all AM PM Pharmacy customers. You may register as a member at any AM PM Pharmacy outlets for free.
How long will my AM PM Membership be valid for?
AM PM Membership is a lifetime membership programme. There is no validity on the membership, no annual fee will be charged for the membership.
How do I accumulate points?
Members will be entitled to earn 1 point for every RM1 spent (except oncology medications). Please present your membership card to the cashier before your payment. Points may not be awarded if member fails to do so.
Will I be able to enjoy all member benefits instantly upon sign-up?
Yes, you can start to collect points and enjoy the member’s privileges immediately.
Can I get a replacement card if I lost my AM PM Membership Card?
Yes, members shall immediately inform us if their card is discovered to be lost, stolen or damaged. RM2 nominal fee will be charged for issuance of a replacement card.
How do I check my points earned?
Your accumulated points balance is indicated on the receipt for each transaction made. You can also check your accumulated points balance at the counter.
Rebate Voucher Details & Usage
How do I get rebate voucher?
For every 500 points accumulated, you will receive RM5 rebate voucher for redemption. The RM5 will be credited into your membership account, no physical voucher will be issued.
Can I use the rebate voucher immediately?
Yes, you can use it immediately as long as it is in your membership account.
Are my points deducted when I redeem the voucher?
Yes. Your points will be automatically deducted from your account for every rebate voucher redeemed.
Birthday Voucher Details & Usage
When will I receive my Birthday Voucher?
Your birthday voucher will be credited into your membership account on your birthday month. It is valid for 3 months from your birthday month. The birthday treat will be forfeited automatically if members did not make use of it at the validity period.
Can I use the birthday voucher immediately?
Yes, you can use it immediately as long as it is in your membership account.
Can I redeem my birthday voucher on my birthday month but use it later after my birthday month?
The birthday voucher is valid for 3 months from your birthday month.
Privacy Policy
Are there any privacy protection measures for my personal information?
Member’s information will be kept confidentially without disclose to any other third parties prior to member’s acknowledgement and approval. The database information will be used for AM PM Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd. marketing purposes only.
